Let, male citizen = x, female = y
Male voted = x × 60/100 × 70/100
Female voted = y × 70/100 × 60/100
So, fraction of citizen voted = {(4200/10000)x + (4200/10000)y}/(x + y) = 21/50
Male voted = x × 60/100 × 70/100
Female voted = y × 70/100 × 60/100
So, fraction of citizen voted = {(4200/10000)x + (4200/10000)y}/(x + y) = 21/50
